By contacting Geo Screw Foundations, we will arrange a mutually agreeable time for an on-site meeting. At this time, we will ask you questions about the history of your house and the problems as you see them. We will then make our own visual inspection of your home, addressing your concerns and making general observations of the various fit and finishes of your home, the foundation, and any levelling problems. We will then apply the 'evidence' taken from our observations and determine a cost effective repair. We may utilize the expertise of a structural and/or geotechnical engineer to determine a repair that will ensure that all building codes are met.

Commercial Applications

We have a unique variety of tension anchors and pilings available from 500kg to 200Tons (or more) to meet your site specific requirements. These are pre-engineered to achieve design parameters. These are easily installed with a minimum amount of equipment and labour. There is no disturbance to adjoining buildings and properties.

We have a wide variety of products available for the commercial customer. These can be used for new or repair-type construction.
